ABOUT : THE STAFF
• We recognise that staff are a childcare centres most important resource . We arecommitted to investing in the training and development of all our staff. We have a policy of
employing qualified and experienced staff. All new staff undergo a comprehensive induction
training programme, to ensure that they are equipped from the outset, to provide the very high
levels of service we aim to provide. Wilmots also provides an ongoing training and development
program for all its employees. This program is an integral part of our ongoing Continuous
Improvement Program.
• The success of these programs has been recognised by Wilmots being awarded the prestigious Excellence Through People Standard, with one of the highest marks ever awarded.

• The owner/manager Rosemary Wilmot holds a B.A. ( Hons ) in Sociology and Applied Psychology and A National Diploma in Humanities and Montessori Education ( Distinction ). She is a member of Limerick City Childcare Committee.
